My car wont start or turn over, odometer reads "error", help?

I went into a store and left my 09 g6 gt for about an hour. i come outside and try and turn it on and it doesn't turn over at all. the battery works fine and all the lights and radio work. the odometer reads "error" and the radio reads "service traction". any ideas to the problem?

it's very hard to diagnose problems like these because we're not there and not seeing the problem. sorry to tell you but you're probably won't get much help here. get the dealer to scan it and to diagnose the problem.

Grounding cable is either disconnected or has corroded away.

I just had this issue last week and that's what the dealership said. Same exact symptoms.
