Apparently there will be no more GTP offered for the convertible after 2006. For 07 one can get close to many of the features with the PDX Sport Package which includes such GTP features as the StabiliTrack, 18 inch ultrabright alloy wheels along with the L79 3.9 Liter engine. Even with the Sport Package it looks like the 07 convertible will also continue with the 4-speed automatic due to space and mechanical considerations.
No more GTP designation on the trunk lid. No more GTP embossed into the headrests of the leather appointed seats on the convertible. There may be other deletions as well that if available will require special order since the premium package is only a shell of what it included for 06.
