I have the G6 GXP and want to upgrade the radio from am/fm/xm 6 disk to a Pioneer AVIC system, but the radio displays the trip odometer, tire pressure monitor, fuel, oil...

Has anyone been successfull in doing this type of replacement?

There are two conversion kits out there that I know of, these will retain your features and readouts with their own version of a Driver Information readout while allowing you to use an aftermarket receiver/stereo of your choice. They cost several hundred. installation is no harder than any other conversion kits from what I can tell (I've done a bunch). I forget who the companies are ( I'm at work ), but you can search this forum for the answer, I know I found it before.
