I think you will lose it but wait till others with better experience post too.

I would venture to guess, that you would lose control, since the new cd player won't know what signal you are sending, if it will even get the signal with the new wire harness. But, I'm just guessing.

i have done a lot of car audio in the past and everytime i change it i lose the control. i just didnt know if there was a way to bypass it. if anyone know please tell me
