I tested the top speed of my car last night, hit a little under 110 before the governor kicked in. I alwyas thought the fuel was cut off, but the car just hit it like a brick wall and stayed there. Anyways, have any of you guys with the GT found or happen to know what your top speed is? Im guessing with V rated tires it is somewhere over 130?

I did 190 (Kms/Hr or about 118 MPH) this morning, I didn't notice any problems

I heard GTs top at 130... Its a painfully long trip from 80 to 110 so I can't imagine how long it would take to hit 130.

I can't find the web site right now but I remember that in someone's review they said that the top speed of the GT was a drag limited 123 MPH.

That would make sense. Of course a 1994~1998 Mustang GT with 210 hp could reach 13xmph...so the more aerodynamic G6 should probably come pretty close.
