2006 G6 HELP
My check engine light is on, now my car won't go over 40 MPH. What are some of the possibilities? It started shifting hard about 2 months ago, took it to a garage had the computer reset still does it now it won't shift hardly at all????Please help? Any thoughts?

welcome to the forum, what is the cars current status? will it go over 40 now that the ecm has been reset? what is it doing the few microsecond before you shift, what does it do during your shift, and what does it do the few microseconds after it shifts?

Well it isn't doing anything it tacks to 4000 then shifts really hard unless I manually back off of the gas. I just took it to the garage tonite. I will post the problem and hopefully the prognosis is good. I pray to god it isn't really expensive. Thanks for any insight.
