I have a 2008 Pontiac G6 GXP with 800 miles on it, and around 500 miles it started with a clicking noise when i press on the brake pedal. It only does it when it's in drive, not in park. Any ideas to what this may be?

Is it just one click? If so then thats normal.
If it is a constant clicking then one of the clips that holds the pads
in may have disengaged. Your under warranty so take it in.

It's just one click. It happens when the brake returns back to normal position after pressing it.

hhmmmmmmmmm....should be when initially depressed. Weird.

i do have the power adjustable pedals on my car, so i wonder if that has anything to do with it..?
