I know the 3500 and 3900 are 60 degree engines and alot of ppl swap 3500 top ends on 3400's and 3400 onto 3100's, can the same be done with the 3900 top end onto a 3500; has this been brought up before?

I guess this is not possible or no one has really tried it

The 2007 and up 3500 LZ4 use the same heads as the 3900 LZ9{Actually it's the same engine except for the 3500 being destroked and the intake is different}Every thing else is the same, They are both vvt motors. I don't know enough about the 05 and 06 LX9's to comment on those, sorry.
