My suggestion... Don't. haha. Get an SUV. I like the Volvo XC90's but an Explorer or Tahoe would be more economical. If she puts a minivan on the road it would just get in the way of your G6.

I suggest you pop her one!! lol

We had a van when the kids were young. It was nice.
Grand Caravan. Worked great for a few years then had problems.
Stepped up to a Tahoe. That thing was awesome but it sucks gas.

If kiddos are in the mix then find something between the two.

If she truly does want a van, I will honestly say the new VW Routan is actually very nice. The Kia Sedona's are also very nice, and probably inexpensive. What about a Cross-Over? You could check out a used Acadia or Outlook.

Thanks for the suggestions. Wife is choosing between Dodge Caravan, HondaCRV and the Rav 4.

Im a little late to the party but:

The Saturn VUE is 10x better than the HondaCRV and the Rav 4.

also if you want something bigger and better check out the Saturn Outlook or any of the GM clones of it.

Before we got the G6 we put a lot of time and effort into research of small SUVs and we liked the Rav4. Overall, IMO,its the best choice. Toyota is quite proud of them and we opted out of that purchase due to the price. We weren't willing to buy the base model either. A new Rav4 Limited was in the $18K to $25k range.

I am not a fan of minivans.. If any, the honda oddyseys (i think im spelling that wrong) are very nice. But i would suggest a crossover. The Ford Edge's are very nice, and I belive Ford is offering 0% apr, or they offer 0% pretty often. Just a suggestion! :-)
