Gotta frick'n love it! I'm the worst about getting a speeding ticket. I could drive the limit for ten fricking years and the one day I drive a little over the limit I get caught.

my friend got a ticket in a chevy chevette doing 100 in a kmart parking lot..

well 83 in a 70 is better than 84 in a 60. :) but i feel for pain that was my first ticket ever. its ok, maybe your state has a deferment program, you pay a little more and it goes away. insurance doesnt see it, no points. etc.

I'm a hubitual offender. One a year, give or take a month, I get a ticket. I've had in the past ten years over ten speeding tickets. I just need to slow the phuck down.

I've been pulled over once by some dick in PA but got off without a ticket. I guess I'm just good at seeing where the troopers sit out at.

Oh well I was going to add to your first post about driving the speed limit for 10 years straight - I've gotten a few tickets & been pulled over a few more times along the way, and FINALLY decided about 2 years ago to just keep to the speed limit and like it. I'm REEEEEAL popular in the 25 zones :p

Anyway a couple months ago I'm behind someone who's actually going a bit under the limit and went to get around them when they either finally woke up or took offense to me passing them and sped up themselves. At this point I should have let bygones be bygones and slowed after getting above the limit, but ego took over and I was able to just barely get by another slow car in my lane while going a tick over 50 in a 40 zone. OF COURSE Roseland NJ (where the R stands for Revenue)'s finest witnessed the last portion of that affair and pulled me over and ticketed me for careless driving. I figured it wasn't even worth bothering to say this is the first time I've gone significantly over the limit in 2 years, even though that was the actual truth :angel1:

I know what you mean, I don't tell the cop anything other than "yes Sir". Phuck it, I know I was doing something wrong.

I feel it should even out. If I get stuck behind someone doing 15 under for 10 miles, I should be able to do 15 over for the next 10 miles once I pass them. Agree? :D

LOL! Thats a cool concept but I don't believe we'll see that law pass. How about giving tickets to folks that won't move out of the fast lane!

This morning I have to drive through the New Orleans area on I-10 and there they have the worst drivers, even at 5:00am.
