If your talking about an auto tranny shifter:
Just order the leather shifter & it comes with chrome. I ordered mine from http://www.newchevroletparts.com
or 800-795-9851 (parts) or autoparts@asag.net.

Forget what it costs...$35-$50 or so.
The part number use to be 15784612.

Gmpartsdirect has it pretty cheep. The leather is cheaper than the one wihtout leather!!
Doing a search by part number doesnt find it but search by Pontiac, g6, interior, console, shifter and you will see it.

I dropped em both into the cart to show you.
