has anyone just removed the resinator and left the stock muffler if so how does it sound i just bought a 06 gtp and was just wondering thanks

too raspy....dont bother. Instead drop a nice 3" flow through....like a thrush or cherry bomb there.

Dont go bigger than 4" though or you will be dragging it. Trust me- I know.

What Lampoon said. I did that exact same thing and got some CRABS and it sounds amazing with the 3.6L.

Here's what mine sounds like with that set-up. You will have to turn up your speaker volume since I don't have a camcorder and jsut used my cell phone lol.
