I just bought a 2005 G6 GT and was wondering where the dome light switch was. In the owners manual it says that there is a lever for it but I just can't seem to find it. I know I probably sound stupid, but I have looked all over for it and can't find it.

I can not find it either, so i am with u.

If you have a Panoramic roof, there is no switch.

The lamp is located so far rearward in vehicle the driver cannot reach it. The information in the owner manual is for the domelamp assembly found in vehicles without Panoramic roof.

I know this wasn't the answer you wanted but at least you can still turn on map lights in front overhead console for lighting for driver and front passenger.

Pontiac is considered a "driver's" vehicle so not as much consideration for those sitting in rear seat.
