I read about after installing performance mods (air intakes, exhaust, ect) that its a good idea to reset the ECU?

Is this even nesessary since the computer calibrates to the changes anyways?

Well, i think it doesnt need it. My mpg's slupped for a day or two after i got done with the exhaust and tiger grab, but then increased (avg'd 28 mixed driving and increasing) thats up from 26 i was getting before exhaust and tiger grab.

i'll reset it when my crabs comes in.

Thats exactly what i said, if you don't unplug the batter it will take a few days for the car to learn, the best however is to unplug the battery and go flog it for hour, it doesn't matter it will get the info either way
