I have one too but why do you want a 6 disk changer? Im just curious....

My 6 disc changer went out in my car when I changed the battery. I took it to pontiac and they told me $587.00 for a new 6disc cd changer. I dont want to pay that much for a radio. I want to get a nice aftermarket radio but I was told that if I went aftermarket that I would lose all my menu settings.

Yes...you will lose your DIC with aftermarket.
Thr problem with you getting another is the changer is faulty
and goes out on all of them.
I recommend you get the 2008 single CD Monsoon radio. There is no changer to break and it has an Aux for your ipod/MP player.

Now you just gotta find one.

Now if you do find one trade it to me for exactly what you want, a fully functional 6 disk CD changer.:D

You can't just take one out of another car and put it in yours... you have to get it unlocked or reprogramed by a dealership and that costs about 75 bucks.

Actually it depends on your dealership & what they feel like charging you.

Some people get it done for free. You have to shop around cause they all charge differently. It only takes a few min with the Tech2.
