My 2006 G6 has 120,000 miles on it already, and I'm curious if anyone knows how many miles this thing will probably go......

200,000+ if you keep up the matience and as many as you have I'm guessing most of that is highway? You will be fine
Lest of matience you should have done buy now

Flushed coolant

24 oil changes (at every 5k)

Trans fluid change

Brake fluid change and you should be on set number two of pads & rotars as well

Tires rotated or hell you should be on set number two.

Spark plug and wire change

You should haved greased all door Hinges.

Do all of these things is preventive matience, this will get your car up there. IMHO this is the problem with today society there too lazy to do it themselves. and hell i'm young

Agreed. Proper maintenance is the key to a 200K+ car, imports or not.

I had an '88 Grand Am SE that I pretty much always drove like I stole it. The weakest point was the tranny which I had rebuilt several times, the last with Kevlar bands. The engine was rebuilt at 186,000 when the head gasket blew (common with the earlier Quad 4's) though it didn't need it - the oil pan was virtually spotless because I was militant about oil changes. I sold it into service as a taxi in Mexico (no lie) with almost 250K, still running strong. I didn't know the exact mileage as the digital odometer stopped at 199999.

The moral of the story is with proper care, you can see your G6 go 200K or even 300K+. Just keep up with the maintenance according to schedule and take extra care if you drive it hard (I did oil changes every 3500 miles, I drove it that hard). There's a reason I bought yet another Pontiac...
