No it didn't. It originally started out very slowly back on Yahoo!. The first posts were about things like looking for a K&N Drop-in filter and about the new Borls and SLP cat-backs. :) I didn't allow off-topic posts with the original Yahoo! Club.

... Yahoo was Yahoo ... GAOC, in my opinion, didn't really start until we had our own 'stand alone' site :)

I guess that's where we disagree. The GAOC started on Sep 9, 1999. It may have sucked, but it was still the GAOC. :)

... we'll agree to disagree, I guess ... I read the Yahoo board a couple time ... I was even a member for a short time but IMO, Yahoo was such a waste of time, I can't really associate a Club with it ... like I said though, just my opinion :)
