I just bought my G6 about a month ago and want to add some HP to it. I have a 2008 G6 GT, V6 3.5L. I do not know a whole lot about tuning cars or anything like that but I do love them. I just wanted to know what mods I should start with and then which ones after that. Anything with the engine, exhaust, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Top three for performance on the G6 is:
1. Intake
2. Exhaust
3. Tune

4. Stickers
That's about the next best after the top 3 :sigh:

If you get in the racing mood a quick thing you can do to remove 100 lbs from the G6 is to take out the spare tire and keep you gas tank low.
Spare Tire & Jack = 30 lbs......11 gal fuel = 70 lbs
Performance Tires and Wheels

Thanks guys. I appreciate the advice. Now what would be the best bang for my buck with the intake, exhaust, and tuning?

Alright. Thanks man. I appreciate the input.
Spare Tire & Jack = 30 lbs
Keep in mind that the spare tire in the G6 also serves as structural support in the event of a rear end collision.
