Looking to buy a GTR exhaust but I heard that with the third Cat it wouldnt be as loud..But I heard how it sounds without the 3rd cat and it sounds good. Is there anything else that can be done to make it sound louder but yet not ricey

this has got to be a first..... every other person wants to make it quieter.

I would think the same thing. Muffler with no resonator can get louder unless you throw a straight pipe on there. LOL I think Bambam had the cat removed.

I thought the original GT-R that is sold has no resonator unless you ask for one to be installed.

correct ..but because he has an '08 there is a third cat added.

Lol this a first thats funny..But my buddy has an Rx8 with a Greddy exhaust on it. Its quiet during the low rpms but one he floors it ppl heads turn cuz its so loud and aggressive.. I kinda wanted that effect with my g6

Im Sure youd get that even with the 3rd cat. I have the magnaflow system wish has a resonator and thats how it sounds quite with a nice low rumble when driving around concervatively. But when you get on it. Its Like Pure amazing-ness. I can only imagine how loud it is without the res. Youd deff be turning some heads.

So just remove the third cat and the resonator?
