: Leather cleaner/conditioner?

I've never had a car with leather interior, and just replaced the stock seats with a leather set from another G. They are still in like new condition - no wrinkles, cracks or tears, but look like they could use a little cleaning.

What's the best stuff to use, and without any harmful short or longterm effects?

I've had several cars with leather interiors (Cadillacs & Buicks mostly). To keep them looking their best without having to dress them up to impress (as most people seem to think one has to do), use a damp cloth to dust & dry using a clean cloth. If you encounter any stains, use saddle soap & a dry cloth. None of these expensive brands (armour-all, etc...). Just the basics. :D

I like Meguiar's Gold Class foaming leather cleaner. It smells nice and actually cleans. I was surprised how much dirt came off my seats even though they were only 3 months old. You can control how shiney it looks by how much you wipe off. Good stuff.

10 year old leather seats still looked good using that stuff. :)

Really... I just pulled that out of the ol' "noggin", but it's good to know that someone agrees with my old school thinking.

Zaino makes some good leather cleaner/conditioner. Their Leather in a Bottle product smells just like it says. I love the stuff.
