Hmmm... they say it only fits 2005-2008, but I don't understand why it wouldn't fit the 2009. The same headlight assembly is used for 2005-2009. I don't work for Spyder Auto, but I am pretty sure that these would fit just like any other aftermarket headlight.

...at one time before you gave the option of getting them not sealed so that the buyer could paint the bezels then reseal them....Is that still an option?

some people choose to paint the housing which matches the color of the car. In fact, our product came in completely sealed housing prevent all the possible moisture or leaking issues. Just keep that in mind.

Sealing it isnt an issue.
Breaking them while opening them up is.

Sans this there are more disadvantages to these lights than there are advantages
(according to reviews from people who bought them).

Headlights are the same size from 05 to 09 so I would say yes

2005-2010 ;)

will our HID kits work with these headlights? it doesnt look like they have the dust covers and was wondering if there would be any difference between the HIDs you offer and the DDM HIDs

they do have dust covers in the back,your HID kit should not work with the light since they used H1 bulb instead of your stock size. Our HID kits are specially made with the projector, same manufacture, and is a 35W which will not have any issue with over heat. And we do offer a 1 year warranty with that too. Pretty reasonable if you saying for extra 50 dollars.

Ray, we can change the DDM ballast into a H1 bulb though. I was thinking of taking my current DDM ballast I have and use it for my high beams.

i think you can change to an H1 Size, but not sure if the HID will cause any heat issue and stuff like that, but you can try.

yeah my ballasts are pretty much attached to my car, they arent coming off lol. i have one set of H1s just need an extra set, both sets will be 35w

Ray, Lampoon wants to know if you can ship his lights unsealed so he doesnt have to do it because he wants to color match his and seal them. he would buy if you could.

From my research of these lights unless you get HIDs there not as good as stock. However the HIDs have horrible cutoff and will probably get the cops on your tail for having (questionably) illegal lights.

if the headlights are not as bright as stock then Ill go the brightest bulb you can get without using HID. deff upgrade the fog lights also.

Cut off is the line at the top of the light beam i guess you could say.

I don't know if its the correct term or not but. Cutoff is that horizontal line at which the lights stop directing light. If you parked your car facing a wall and had your lights on you would notice a horizontal line.

Do the Spyder Halo headlights with HID come with high and low beam HIDs ??And where can I get HIDs for my fogs to match??:confused:

I dont think it comes with highs and low HIDs...but i could be wrong lol. Prolly comes with only low HIDs if you request it.

Im not sure what the deal is with the HIDs because i dont want them. But regardless of that most people here have/recommend the HID kits from ddmtuning.com, you can get the highs lows and fogs from there

i got mine from DDM about 6 months ago and love them.

I think they both have the same kelvin options, but its worth asking Ray.

Everything is brand new condition in the box, he can get it and unseal it by himself. Lots of customer had done that before. I believe there are two clips which clipped the lens and the back together, but that clipped pretty tight. Let me know if anything will help.

My guess would be that the HIDs would be in the same box, but you would have to install them. There so easy, even a caveman can do it!!!

Do you offer 5k HIDs? I saw a few pages back you mentioned 6k/8k. I'm about 50/50 right now on getting a set of these.

Hey guys, just back from Vegas trip. Now i am back, and i saw some questions about HID. We do offer 6000k(Pure Crystal White) / 8000k (Bluish White) or maybe 10k in a couple weeks if possible (Blue/Purple), we suggest 6000k to 8000k since there will be less cop issue and look more like factory. In the package it does come with the low beam only (H1 type), High beam will come with regular halogen bulbs (H1 bulb as well), It is optional. Package without HID kit will come with regular H1 bulb in both High and low beam. Just 1 more, come on guys i know you guys can't wait for it.

no i dont have chrome on my ride. i plan on just refreshing the paint needs a new paint job but i will keep it sports red matellic. i am not sure witch one will look better i think i want the black because i want to do rims with black and a red lip so it think the black head lights will look good with the eyelids painted red hmmmm i wonder but i feel chrom with give it that pop just not sure i prob just go with the black

i bought these headlights a month ago, and by the sounds of what you guys are getting them for ur getting one heck of a deal i paid $289 on ebay... and to the person saying that he is thinking about painting the eyelid kit on the car it looks sweet in body color, i had mine done when i got them...

im not sure if you were planning on doing the thread but you should. That way you can edit the list real time with updates on payment and shipping, just post a link for us so we can monitor it too, and abyssul or i will flow the info over to G6P.
