My 06 g6 gtp has just recently accumilated 100,000 miles and today I replaced the spark plugs and wires. The plugs were .013-.016mm out of gap as my 3.9L requires .043 and they were .056-.059 and most of the iridium electrode was burnt down. I installed another set of the AC-Delco iridiums and some Magnecor KV 85 Competition 8.5mm wires part #65273 that are made in the USA (fit the 3.5 and 3.9L)!!!! They are a great deal for about or less than the price of stock wires, and they are red! I will try to post a pic of them on my GTP.

As for the plugs....A-C Delco #41-101 Iridium Plugs are stock replacements

Yeah, I'll change'm out soon but not because it needs it, just a little tick of mine to stay on top of maintenance. I want to post the numbers in the appropriate section here too.

Depending on the motor the AC Delco #s are:
3.5L: 05-06 AC 41-101; 07 and later AC 41-100
3.6L: AC 41-990
3.9L: AC 41-100
Four-cylinder AC 41-103

I looked at the Kingsborne, but went for the Magnecor and am very pleased with the product and they are MADE IN THE USA!!! Some web sites did not list them for the 3.9 but they are the same as the 3.5L. They are longer than the stock wires which allow for better routing getting them off the intake.
