I'm contemplating what to do next on my G6. I was wondering if I buy Cobalt SS Brembos calipers to replace the front, would I be able to put the front calipers on the back? I figure the font rotors are bigger than the back ones, more surface area = better braking = no need for back Brembos :D. Any one tried this?

I found my answer already. I will have issues with the e-brake. If any one has input let me know. I don't really see the point of front brembos and stock rear calipers.

You can always put on the stock SS TC rotors on the back. They are no brembo but the rotor is bigger than ours afaik

YES, the stock SS/TC rear brakes are about as big as our stock fronts, AND they use vented rotors instead of a solid disk like our rears have

and brembos ARE worth it even with just the stock backs since the fronts do like 70-80% of the brakeing anyways.......and even if you dont get them for the breaking power the brembos dont warp rotors every time you turn around LOL
