This is just a quick shot in the dark to see if anyone has a broken cluster laying around with similarity to mine.

If you have a speedometer needle and the mechanics behind the needle (white box), then message me here or send me a PM.

I broke the needle while trying to fix my cluster. The speedometer needle was jumping and skipping a lot so I thought it needed lube or grease.

If I don't get a reply in 24 hours, I'm just going to purchase a whole new cluster.

Just the speedometer one. Right now I have my cluster torn apart and the only way to get my car working is if I hook up the circuit board from the cluster into my dash.

It's quite comical.
