Holy Crap! My PanoRoof is fixed!

Took it into the dealer to have the Mylar washers installed. One day turnaround... no noise whatsoever. It also seems to have tightened up some of the body flex creaking I was getting from the A-pillar.

I've dealt with all that noise for five months... I almost cried when I drove it from the garage!

That's great news! Hopefully others here will have the same fix.

Great, isn't it? Makes you glad you got the pano roof again!

Mine is still noise-free from having it done a couple of months ago, so it looks like it's going to be a long-term fix.

Took my car in with the pan sunroof for the second time in a year for noise. Last time there were broken clips and loose screws. This time it was a broken light bracket in the roof and loose screws. Told them about the Mylar washers but they said they checked and could not find anything on putting them on. Anyways they fixed the bracket and tightened the screws again. No noise but not sure how long it will last!! I think I am the only one with this kind of sunroof from that dealer. Have never seen any more like it there. It lasted about 6mo. the last time so I'm sure they will just get loose again. But I love it not matter how much noise it makes. I took it for a test drive after I got it back and no noise
