2007 g6 needs brakes and rotor replacement

I bought a 2007 g6 last july. Within less than 5k miles my rotors were warped and were changed before the car was sold to me. I went to napa and they told me they had two different sizes... I went with the 11.7 size rotors and put them on my car and started to hear scratching so I went back to napa and got the 10" size.. 9k miles later they warped.. so now, I'm puzzled... Can anyone tell me

A). Which size rotor is correct?

B). Which slotted and drilled rotors do I go with? (Because most likely I will end up buying those)

Do you wet the wheels (car wash) after you've been driving a while?
I ask because for years I couldn't understand why my rotors would warp so easily. Then I was told that wetting the rotors when they were hot would warp them just enough to create a "wobble" while braking. Now I avoid getting them wet from a car wash as often as possible, so far its working.

None, if I want a faster car I'll buy one.

No, I don't wet my wheels.. I think that they were just bad brakes/rotors on that car
