If you play the embedded video, you are missing his youtube text which reads:

"Help! This sound happens when my car moves forward or back.
( i'm rocking the car back and forth to make sound )"

Sounds to me like it is the warning sound brake pads make when they are wore down and need replaced. The brake pad material could have even come off and now you have metal on metal for brakes.

That was my first thought, checked it out and there is plenty of pad left.
It was very sudden, with the whole temporary break loss, popping noise then that sound i'm going to bring it into the shop tomorrow take a close inspection.
I'm stumped on it.

Any tire & brake store will rack it & diagnose it for free. That's where I'd start. Then you can decide if you want to DIY.
