Catalytic converter Install left/front HHEELLPP!!!

Im new to this forum so whats up guys. I have a 06 pontiac g6 and dealer says that I need a new front/left catalytic converter so I bought one and its on its way.
I have a 2006 Pontiac g6 GT with the 3500 engine in it

Is there a DIY or write up on how to do this??? they are trying to tell me its a major PITA but Ive done many full exhausts in the past so im wondering if they are trying to scare me or what.

If you guys know of any write ups or links to some that would be so helpful. I guessed since I couldnt find one on here that it was easy but who knows.

Look forward to using this forum it seems pretty active and helpful

Thanks in advance guys

It's covered in the Chiltons for G6 book.
