Couldn't find any other section to add this thread and since it is a problem (for me at least) will spout off here.
This spring I purchased a cold air induction system from a company called RSM Racing and am now wondering whether the treatment I received has been also experienced by any other out there with a G6.
The problem was not so much with the purchase but in getting it! First their order site was down and it took ages to get around that; then neither phone calls nor e-mails were answered as the company essentially prefers to be incommunicado!
Finally I received the part and was asked to give feedback--something which I did, there being several glitches and oversites in the installation process.
As a result of the mix-ups and service, I guess, I was offered a gift certificate
towards purchase of something else from the company and mainly because of the certificate, I ordered an STB. Since I was told the part was ready for shipping, Nothing! And the company has gone into full blown incommunicado ever since.
I can't get through by phone and my increasingly frustrated e-mails have all gone unanswered and I don't have the part.
Twice burned and I am gone but find this stream of bad behaviour a strange way to do business. Has anyone else had similar experiences with the company and how did you handle them?
