Question Front doors make popping noise... HELP

I have an 06 G6 and both front doors make a horrible popping/creaking noise when they are opened... im planning on taking it in but want to know if i can fix her up easy without the hassle of taking it in and talking to idiots. If anyone knows what im talking about i would appreciate it greatly if you could help a girl out... like i said it makes a popping noise about 3 times.. the more you open the door the more pops it makes... Thanks!!

It sounds similar to the problem that i have, you can try tightening the bolts on the door stopper, and see if that helps.

Maybe you just need to lubricate it.

You can lubricate the hinges, but i would not recommend doing it to the stopper, because it won't do it's job and just let the door swing open and closed.
