Radiator Question

I charged the ac and now my radiator fan seems to run all the time even if it's been sitting overnight it runs like 15 sec after I start it. Not sure if it did it before recharge.

The engine temp seems stable/not overheating.

Does the fan automatically come on when the ac is on?

Any help appreciated

coolant tank is full when checked before starting.
