Revvs while in park AND driving 2007 G6 Standard

I Noticed a few days ago that when I start my car it kind it was arriving I thought maybe it was due to the cold weather and then I noticed a few times while I would be out driving that it kind of felt like my car was forcibly bogging down as I was driving and then I realized that it was my RPMs revving while in park and while driving only about a half to one rpm at a time but I’m just wondering what could be causing this???
