Cooling system problem

So my car threw code p01 ECT sensor below thermostat regulating temp so figured the thermostat was bad replaced that last night and drove for about 20 minutes and everything was working good the code cleared heater and ac were working fine than engine light came back on so this morning went to see what the code was its the same p0128 so i was like hell must be the sensor replaced that and now the code wont clear at all! What should be my next step??

What does the temp gauge on the dash show as you drive and the engine warms up?
