throttle body cleaning relearn?

I've looked at a few different threads on here about cleaning the throttle body, my question is do I need to do some kind of relearn procedure after cleaning?

The background is I have a slight rough idling issue and figure that's a good place to start troubleshooting. Its got new spark plugs and wires, the issue existed before and after I changed them a little while ago around the time the car hit 100k miles.

Basic info is it's a 2006, 3.5L V6, 4 door sedan with 107k+ miles
