Help Needed Seafoam

Okay so I decided that it was time to run half a can of Sea Foam through my gas tank to help clean out carbon, and I decided that I would use the other half can to run through my vacuum line to do more deep cleaning.

I have the 3.5L V6, I found the brake booster vacuum hose (I Believe), and am wondering if I am okay to pour the sea foam into this side of the hose (Pics below)

Can i put it in the circled side of the hose, or do I need to put it in the other side of the hose that is on the brake booster so it flows into the motor? The arrow isn't exact.

Im assuming you are using the motor treatment. I just watched this video and it says its ok to put in vacuum lines.

put it through the hose that you have orange circled, I just attached a shorter hose there to suck up the sea foam.
