2008 G6 GT Convertible Headlight Issue

My left front headlight went out last week. I replaced the bulb, but the headlight still does not work. I checked the fuse and it was fine but I replaced it as well anyway. The headlight still does not work, however the bright beams and blinker next to it still work fine. Has anybody had this problem? I welcome and appreciate any suggestions/help with this. I would love to avoid needing to see to a mechanic.

Thanks.

Have you checked the pigtail connector between the light and the cars wiring harness? Mine were so corroded, I had to replace both of them.

Wow I'm having the exact same issue...I have a 2009.5 g6 4 door, I'm about to go in and remove the parts to really take a look. Would like to hear if anyone has a solution

This is what my connectors looked like before I replaced them (hope they show up);

These are the new connectors - before and after assembly
