06 GTP MT Axel and Hub Replacement Question

Pull my wheel bearing and axel for driver side replacement. Do I really need to replace the axel seal on the tranny? Car has only 87K on it. How good is that axel seal? Also what's the best way to install it without any issues?

Thanks guys!
