Vanity bulb replacement

Hey everyone, so I was looking to replace the bulbs in my vanity with something that matches the rest of my interior lighting but.. how do I get to the bulbs to replace them?

Also, I upgraded the interior lighting a long time ago, the map lights have a dim glow on them while driving. I remember there was some talk about needing a resistor. Are there any that come with the resistor built in?
