just did mine a couple weeks ago, also a 2.4. I think GM recommends this at 150k, any way I also like to do just a drain and refill like your taking about at such low mileage. flushing in my opinion is for serious build up of contaminates. So just start by opening your reservoir cap, then open the drain valve on the bottom of the radiator, you'll probably recover about 1/2 to 3/4 of a gallon this way. you can also, with the drain valve still open, pour so new fluid through the reservoir and push additional fluid out. when you finish just close the drain valve and slowly start filling the reservoir back up, when you have reached the full mark on the reservoir stop, start the car with the cap still off and let it run like 1 to 2 min, or just before it reaches operating temperature. turn it off and let sit for a few minutes before you reinstall the cap. this will self bleed the system, just remember to use a dex cool approved 50/50 or if you use concentrated mix it 50/50 with distilled water.
