how to replace belt and tensioner?

my kid's 08 G 6 has some noise from the belt ,alternator and tension-er area.

picked up a new belt, tension-er and alternator....how do i get to it?

pull the tire and inner fender panel ?

or all from the top?

Anyway you can get to it lol.
Probably from the bottom of fender area.

My ac pulley is super clunky and noisy. Got a new clutch and pulley but it didn't take long to fail again.

This could be the issue you're hearing.
Luckily you can get a belt for this engine but for a cobalt without AC.
shorter belt that only runs the alternator
