How do I gap a Spark Plug?

Okay, about to gap spark plugs. What should be my mark on a coin style gapper? I know that my plugs need to be at .043 But what part of the plug needs to be lined up with .043? one of the edges? dead center of the grounding electrode?

Can someone post a picture of a plug that is gapped while it is set on a coin style gapper? If the gap isn't .043 in the example can you remember to tell what that exact gap is?
