Front End Shimmy at 58mph

I just got a 2008 G6 convertible. I've found that when the top is down the front end shimmies starting at 58 mph. The dealer told me it's a known problem, basically I have to deal with it. It's supposedly due to the top being down and the weight in the back. Anyone else have this problem?
