I use Mothers aluminum chrome and mag polish. Safe for all metal surfaces. The stuff is the shiz! Used it on dads chrome F-150 rims and it literally took all the brake dust and rust off. Worked on my 03 Grand Am GT's exhaust too.

I bought the Armor All Triple Action Wheel cleaner. And it works just as good.

I am sure there are more expensive cleaners/polishers out there but the mothers in the can aluminum/billet polish I use on my Weiand LS6 intake on my trans am and I can't find anything better. It last a while and is easy to use. I use it on my wheels, brake lines, a/c dryer, fuel rails, etc. Basically anything I can polish I use it on.
