3.5 'too small' for GT-R Exhaust?

Hello,

I have a 2009 G6 3.5 GT and was wondering if its 'too small' for a GT-R Exhaust. What I am meaning - I looked through youtube and the forums and most the people who are getting the GT-R Exhaust have the 3.6 or larger - I know .1 difference but at the same time, you never know unless you ask.

I want a decently quiet idle (I get off work after midnight and the wife is asleep when I get home, don't need to wake her every night haha!) but at the same time when I jump on it that awesome GT-R sound with performance upgrade is the whole reason behind it!

Anyway - are there 'smarter' options? I've ordered the CRABS intake and have saved for the WAMS tune but 2nd on the list is exhaust.

Thank you in advance,
David

I have a 3.5 with a GT-R on my G6. Its not loud per say but the idle is not quiet either.
When I remote start the car from inside the house you can hear it roar to life.

Sounds awesome...It doesnt wake my wife up....

MODS:
Crab Intakes CAB, MPD Ram Air hood, Custom exhaust,
WAMS High Performance Tune and a whole lot more....

^ agreed I've got it on my 3.5 and love it..... Sam also sells a resonator to install in the middle of the straight pipe to quiet down a little bit, just in case its a little to loud for your liking.

That answered my question. I will run with it normal and if I'm sleeping on the couch i'll buy the resonator lol.

Thanks guys
