I have. On the non-GXP cars there is a little hex (or is it torx, can't remember off hand) key above the light that you use an Allen wrench to adjust them up or down. Don't go too high because you'll be aiming them at the oncoming driver's eyes! You basically want the fog light's light to fill the void of light from where your headlight's light cuts off closest to your car and the front bumper.

I know, I know, horrible diagram, but the "HL" is the headlight light, the empty space above the "V" is the light void if the fogs are off and the "CAR"... Well...
So, have the fog light's light fill that void.
On the GXP, they are the same fogs that were on my GTO, so the adjustment will be done from behind the fog light housing, it's more of a pain in the butt. Thats if GM didn't mess with them for the GXP
