How to remove b-pillar trim?

Has anyone ever removed the black b-pillar trim on a 2008 4-door G6? Mine are starting to rust a tiny bit on the leading edges so I'm hoping to be able to remove them to repaint them with trim paint instead of having to mask off the entire car.

In case my terminology is wrong, I'm talking about the black trim that is between the front door and rear door windows (one piece of trim on each door). Looking on the back sides of the trim there does look to be some screws you can remove but I figured I'd ask before randomly removing screws.
