White Plasti-Dip

I'm considering white plasti-dipping the wheels on my white 06 GTP Convertible... So (a) how easy is this to do? And (b) is this totally tacky and distasteful - or will it look cool?

very easy to do, myself i would not do white wheels on a white car. would prolly go black or gunmetal something like that to break up all that white.

Garage
yes i wouldn't do white either the brake dust on the back wheels will make the white look terrible. I've done my interior with white plasti-dip before and it gets dirty fairly easy.

Yeah, you can literally peel it off.

I'm curious on the Plasti-dip system. How does this product work in comparison to paint?

Also, I would not go with white wheels....unless you want to clean them twice a day to keep them from looking dirty every time you drive on them.

The white plasti-dip is brighter than the G6 whiite. You will need to lay down some grey plasti-dip before the white as well. Here is one of my rims plasti-dipped white. I know this thread is old.
