Removing junkyard seat when theres no power...

Has anyone figured out what wires have to be jumped with a power supply to move a seat forward when theres no battery? The upull has seats I need but cant get the seat out as it's all the way back hiding the 2 bolts. Thanks for any info...

Garage
If everthing else is in tact and if it is safe to do so, can you not just hookup a charged battery to the cables? Can not remember if key needs to be on or not. Dont have my car at home tonight.

You need power anyway so I agree ... just hook up a battery. No, you don't need the key to power the seats

It's a junkyard car that has no front end. Its totaled.. I figured out how to move the seat using a cordless drill battery attached to the motor under the seat.
