Front suspension noise

Knock noise from front driver side of car when going from reverse to 1st (2006 6 speed STD shift 3.9 v6 gtp coupe) or just randomly when turning wheel .I have replaced all shocks ,struts ,springs ,sway bar bushings ,sway bar links ,control arms and bushings ,ball joints exc.. all suspension parts are new ! Can feel it in brake pedal if it happens while I'm braking .also sounds like something is lose when I go over rough roads like a muffled rattling sound kinda like as if I had bed strung mounts ,but like I said all is new .anyone have this issue or any solutions ?
