2006 G6 GT Sedan Loss of Bass!

Hello everyone,

Firstly, I have the Monsoon system.

So I recently upgraded my deck to a Kenwood stereo. I used the correct harness, and purchased the Metra to keep my DIC stuff.

My issue is that after the new stereo, it seems that my bass is not near where the stock Monsoon deck was. I have played with the Kenwood setting to attempt to increase the bass, etc. but nothing gets it close to the bass that the stock deck had. Does anyone know why? Everything else sounds fine, just the bass isn't the same. Thanks.
